This ring is made using the manufacturing technique known as "forging."

Lamie's forged rings take advantage of the simplicity of a forged ring, but by adding design to the surface texture, they are expressed as special rings that the two of you will share together forever.

*Forging rings is a technique in which metal is compressed into a lump and then pressure is applied with a hammer or press to form it into a ring. It is a craftsmanship that has been used since ancient times to manufacture blades, armor, metal fittings, etc.

The metal is forged and tightened, making it denser and three times more resistant to scratches and deformation than a regular cast ring.

Forged rings are made from a single block of metal, so they are seamless and have no seams (welds).

They are popular because they fit well on the finger and blend smoothly into the wearer's body, but rings without seams or gaps are considered to be auspicious and are recommended as wedding rings that will be worn for many years to come.
